About the circle in our logo:

Almost all cultures revere the circle as a sacred symbol. In many cultures and communities when people gather together they form a circle so that everyone is visible to everybody else. This form of gathering creates a sense of togetherness and unity and welcomes everyone to communicate openly. From ancient peoples who gathered around a fire for warmth, protection and storytelling to modern day international councils who gather to tackle the world’s greatest challenges, meeting in circle remains as a proven means for supporting robust dialogue and informed decision making. As objective outside advisors, tng is often invited into our clients’ circles to support them in these important discussions toward good governance. We are honoured for that trust. However, we know our real value has been delivered when we’re no longer required in their circles and our clients are empowered to continue confidently, without us.
